                  Hi all!
                  So nice to meet you. I’m actually going to be in Houston this week for a conference Wednesday-Saturday… so if we could meet on Sunday for this week that would be great. Otherwise I can probably try to call in to our meeting! Moving forward I don’t have any preference for meeting in person or virtually.

                      Awesome! I do have plans for Sunday but worse comes to worse I’ll ask you guys what I missed and get working on it ASAP! There is a good chance I can make it though!

                        Okay, thanks for letting us know! As agreed, we had our first meeting without you, but we can’t wait to have our second one with you! Just make sure to look over the team compact document, and make sure you agree with everything, and let us know if you want to make changes!
